Watermelon and Mozzarella Salad

Serves: 4 people
Watermelon and mozzarella may not seem like a common combo, but trust us, it’s a match made in heaven. This salad is quick and easy and is a delicious starter or side dish perfect for summer feasting.
Ingredients:
700g seedless watermelon, peeled, cut into bite-sized cubes
25ml white balsamic vinegar
2 tbs olive oil
12 leaves basil, chopped
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
12 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced, cut in half
25g baby rocket
2 tbs salted toasted pumpkin seeds
TABASCO® Green Jalapeno Sauce
Method:
Toss the watermelon together with white balsamic, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper
Arrange the marinated watermelon onto a plate garnishing with slices of prosciutto, rocket leaves and toasted pumpkin seeds
Light up the flavour by drizzling it with TABASCO® Green Jalapeno Sauce
